First Patent Application No. 9502732.2 Improved weir Skimmer and Floatation Support System- allowed to laps. 1995 May 12th. - September 4th Designed and produced final production drawing for Portable Skimmer. 1996 February 22nd Patent Application 9602151.2 Separation of Liquids of Different Densities. The previous patent applications discontinued ,and have not been made public, therefore can be reapplied for. 1996 August 8th -September 2nd, Portable Skimmer and Oil Water Separator Tests at Trustor Works Llanelli. Trials results VG.8% moisture in oil collected 1998 May 16th- June 5th Designed ,built GRP prototype ,tested and delivered test samples to ACER test laboratories. 1998 June 8th .Test results received from ACER test laboratories, oil in water 10 parts per million, very encouraging , considering first design and 5 parts per million acceptable by the UK Environment Agency. 1998 June 9th . Design GRP production model to comply with UK Environment Agency Test Specification. 1998 July 6th. Test results recieved from ACER test laboratories, oil in water average taken from five samples, the highest being 1 part per million the average being .7 parts per million, well below that required by the UK Environmental Agency. 1998 July 20th.
